Our work process is

• First of all we study the nature of requirement: When contacted by a client for a vacancy, our experts study the job specifications in detail i.e nature of job, skills needed, qualification required etc.

• In the next stage we search Candidate: We scan our huge database of that specific field for the candidates meeting the job requirements.

•  We short list Candidates in the next stage:

• Masterkey Solution calls candidates for a preliminary interview in order to ascertain the capabilities of the candidate as per details furnished by them in the CVs.

• Masterkey Solution briefs the candidate about the career prospects and the company and job profile in detail.

• Credentials of the candidates are reconfirmed.

• Final stage is the selection by Client: CV's of the candidates short listed by us are sent to the client for interview and selection.

• Masterkey Solution gets informed about the outcome of the interview with a copy of the appointment letter.
